Surveys we carry out
- Cadastral and perimeter surveys that fix and beacon property boundaries for land title applications, allocations and boundary disputes.
- Topographic surveys that map ground levels, features and services for design, drainage and planning.
- Engineering and construction surveys for airports and runways, bridges, estates and ranches, including setting out and control.
- As-built surveys that record what was actually built, for asset registers, handover and valuation.
Why use a registered surveyor
In Nigeria, survey plans for land title must be prepared and signed by a surveyor registered with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON). Our principal partner, Dr. Yakubu Momoh Obansa, is a registered surveyor (SURCON No. 1361) and a member of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, and the firm itself is enlisted with SURCON.
How a survey works with us
- You send the site location, approximate size and what the survey is for.
- We confirm scope, deliverables and a timeline.
- Our field team establishes control with dual-frequency RTK GPS and measures detail with total stations and levels.
- We process the data and deliver signed survey plans, coordinates and digital drawings.
