Experience on national projects
Amber & Associates was one of ten survey firms engaged on the Mambilla Plateau hydroelectric sites. For the 3,050 MW Mambilla Hydroelectric Power Project we surveyed and demarcated 4,805 hectares of the Nya dam reservoir downstream (Lot 1). We have also carried out resettlement surveys across the Shiroro power plant projects.
Equipment
Dual-frequency RTK and geodetic GPS for control, total stations and levels for detail, an echo sounder for bathymetry and a survey drone for aerial mapping of large reservoir areas. All of it is owned, not hired.
